Professional Summary

Olivia Lambert is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Olivia cherishes her
close family and friends and has always been the listening ear and shoulder to
cry on in her personal relationships. She is empathetic, kind and passionate
about advocating for mental health. Olivia’s goal is to make you feel heard,
valued and proud for taking this step in your journey of self-discovery and
understanding.

Olivia earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from
Concordia University-Chicago in 2021 and also holds the credential of
Nationally Certified Counselor. Olivia enjoys working with adolescents and
adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and ADHD. She has a
passion for learning and would love to continue to utilize mental health
trainings to enhance her Therapist brain.

Olivia is flexible in her approaches with clients and welcomes feedback
regarding what works for you as unique individuals. She likes to utilize CBT-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as her main treatment modality as well as a
Psychodynamic approach to uncover conscious thoughts and how they may
serve you.
