Hi, I'm Tom Dworak, a licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. I offer counseling for individuals, couples, and families.

I use techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (Ml).

I specialize in dual diagnosis, working with adults who have substance abuse issues and mental health diagnoses. My clinical experience includes being a Dual Diagnosis Therapist at a residential treatment facility. I also work with teens and adults on relationship concerns, boundaries, and self-esteem issues.

Taking the first step to seek counseling takes courage, but it's the hardest part. I hold a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and have experience working with teens, adults, and seniors on issues like anxiety, PTSD, depression, mood disorders, life­ transitions, and family conflicts. I also serve military veterans and the LGBTQ community.
