Professional Summary

Richard Bayram is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. Richard has five years of past experience working as a school counselor in both a public and therapeutic school setting. His experiences also include working with individuals 6-22 years of age through anxiety, depression, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), grief, relationships, and anger. Although his experiences have been with a younger population, Richard has shown that
he is always there to work with any age population. 

After having achieved his M.S. Ed in Counseling degree from Northern Illinois University in 2017and becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Richard started his counseling career working in a therapeutic day school for four years before transitioning into a public school. Richard’s experiences of working at a therapeutic setting not only increased his social-emotional
skills in counseling, but also working with young adults on career exploration and life skills.

Richard always focuses on building rapport with his clients so that a comfortable environment can be established where everyone can grow into who they want to be.
