Professional Summary

Jessi Kreis is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) and national certified counselor (NCC).   Jessi earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University. She has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults in community based agency and partial/intensive outpatient hospital settings. Jessi specializes in depression, self-injury, anxiety, self esteem issues, and stress management.

Jessi believes every individual should have the experience of being heard, understood, and cared for. Jessi will meet each client where they are at to provide them the skills and tools necessary to make a meaningful and impactful change in their life. She works from a holistic perspective utilizing techniques from CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing and mindfulness into her therapy.
