Professional Summary

Sheri Lindsey graduated with her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Texas Christian University, and a Master’s in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2008, and she is a member of Psi Chi ( The International Honor Society in Psychology). Sheri enjoys working with adults and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse, and trauma.

Sheri believes the client is the expert on their needs and what is important to them and believes in assisting individuals in navigating the treatment course that works best for their individual situation. Sheri works with individuals to empower them to find and express their best selves to overcome obstacles in all areas of their lives through the use of evidence-based therapies.

With empathy and support, Sheri encourages clients to use the comfort of the therapy session to be their most authentic self to help them learn and grow within themselves.
