Professional Summary

Dennis is a Licensed Social Worker in the South Barrington office. He graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with his Master of Social Work in 2020. 
 

Dennis works with individuals of all ages, ranging from young children through older adults. He draws upon the strengths and interests of his clients to build a safe and caring environment. He views therapy as a collaborative process, always working with his clients (and their parents, if appropriate) to create individualized treatment plans and goals based upon their experiences
and needs. 

With a wide range of experience, Dennis specializes in working with those experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, behavioral issues, and LGBTQ+ related issues. Having served in the United States Army, Dennis enjoys working with veterans and their family members. His caring but direct approach with clients has allowed him to find success with clients who felt unsuccessful or unheard with former therapists. 

Dennis draws upon many different treatment modalities to meet his clients where they are at. He is committed to helping his clients and is flexible in his approach. He is trained in CBT, Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and traditional talk therapy, amongst others.
