Christopher Scropos is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
He has helped individuals with trauma, generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, addiction, anger, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), and attention deficit hyperactive disorder (ADHD).
Christopher enjoys working with families, couples, and children and believes that the family unit is the cornerstone of individual mental health. He has assisted parents develop appropriate skills and techniques to effectively help their children of all ages with behaviors such as defiance, aggression, and school refusal.
Christopher uses evidence-based cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, grief therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, and existential therapy. Above all, Christopher understands that circumstances can be tragic and hopes to help his clients rise above their suffering and find meaning in their lives.
