Yolanda Kaczmarczyk is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Illinois and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling from The Family Institute at Northwestern University.

With extensive experience in providing compassionate counseling, Yolanda specializes in supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Her clinical focus includes empowering survivors of sexual trauma and Intimate Partner Violence (IPV), as well as working with children who have experienced or witnessed domestic abuse. She is also a certified SPACE Treatment provider through the Yale Child Study Center, helping families reduce anxiety in children and adolescents.

Yolanda's therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. She uses a collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based framework, tailoring treatment plans to meet each client's unique needs. Her work incorporates evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-informed care, empowering clients to build resilience and cultivate meaningful change in their lives.

Outside of her practice, she enjoys listening to live music, reading poetry, and taking long walks with her two dogs.
