Professional Summary

I am currently obtaining my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in addictions. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, substance use, and co-occurring mental health concerns.

I believe every individual deserves a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Using a compassionate, client-centered approach and evidence-based practices, I strive to help clients build resilience, strengthen healthy coping skills, and work toward their personal goals.
