Meghan Dee is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University in Chicago. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology & Psychology at The University of Iowa. Meghan is especially experienced with children, adolescents and young adults who are seeking help with anxiety, depression, major life changes / transitions, school anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues and more, helping clients with the unique challenges that come with such a formative age.
Meghan has a wide array of experience working in partial hospitalization and outpatient programs, as well as behavior health and community action centers. Meghan focuses on a person-centered approach, with trauma-focused CBT, DBT and motivational-interviewing techniques. Taking a holistic, collaborative approach to treatment, Meghan aims to empower her clients to understand and overcome their challenges.
