Services
One-on-one/Small group coaching
● Private health coaching sessions are 45 mins - 1 hour
● Sessions are in-person or virtual
● I offer a 15 minute free phone consultation so you can decide if would like to give it a try
● Text or email support in between sessions
Topics include but are not limited to:
-Exercise programming and follow-up
-Yoga and stretching
-Nutrition
-Corrective exercise
-Stress management
-Exercises for survivors of trauma and abuse
-Lifestyle management
Corporate Coaching
● 1-6 weekly sessions depending on the topic
● Virtual or in-person
● Presentation combined with group discussion
● Email and text support throughout the duration of the workshop
● Printable references and workbooks to go back to when you are finished
● Private workshops - get your own group together and pick a topic
